Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in budget controlling or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within established processes.
• Basic understanding of financial processes (budgeting, invoices, PRs, cost tracking).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with Finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor spending against budgets and escalate discrepancies.
• Support reconciliations and closing/planning cycles with Finance team.
• Review PRs for budget availability and compliance; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist in testing finance-system changes and maintain process documentation.
• Contribute to budgeting data collection and analytical reporting.
