Job summary

DCS Corporation seeks an experienced Budget Analyst with SAP expertise to support a fast-paced U.S. Army program office. You will manage core elements of the budget and financial lifecycle, developing spend plans and executing funds through CCaR and GFEBS, and related Army ERP modules.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master's with 6 years of experience.
Advanced proficiency with GFEBS, CCaR, LMP, cPROBE and PMRT.
Completion of mandatory training for GFEBS and CCaR access.
Proficient in Excel for spend plans and data management.
Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provides advanced PPBE knowledge and hands-on CCaR, GFEBS, LMP, cPROBE, and PMRT usage.
Prepares WBS, PRs, POs, MIPRs, G-Invoicing MIPRs, PWDs, and WBS funds management forms.
Develops and manages detailed spend plans for each appropriation.
Analyzes SAP Financials and Asset Management and resolves related issues.
Aids in resolving SAP IDoc errors across interfaces including DTS and POs.
Resolves unmatched transactions and Unliquidated Obligations.
Analyzes payroll postings and facilitates corrections to budget postings.
Supports FIAR initiatives.
