Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Due to the sensitivity of requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage core elements of the budget and financial lifecycle.
• Execute FMS acquisition management across an entire portfolio.
• Maintain and manage the program budget and schedule.
• Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies and Plans.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure, Purchase Requisitions, and Orders.
