Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Budget Analyst to support marketing budget management, forecasting, invoice tracking, and financial reporting for a major entertainment organization. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4-5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and invoice/expense reporting experience
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Experience managing large datasets, spreadsheets, trackers, and forecasting models
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to Have: SQL experience
• Nice to Have: Tableau or similar dashboard/reporting experience
• Nice to Have: Experience supporting marketing, media, or entertainment-related budgets

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing spend and provide budget snapshots and financial insights to key stakeholders
• Prepare budget forecasts and expense reporting for senior leadership
• Track invoices and expenses against approved marketing budgets
• Consolidate monthly expense forecasts across multiple teams
• Build and maintain budget trackers, reporting tools, templates, and dashboards
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end reconciliations
• Partner cross-functionally with media, creative, marketing, and finance teams
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
