Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Budget Analyst to support marketing budget management, forecasting, invoice tracking, and financial reporting for a major entertainment organization in California. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4-5+ years FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and invoice/expense reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience managing large datasets, spreadsheets, trackers, and forecasting models.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
