BAE Systems is seeking a Budget Analyst to join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY) services. The program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to the cARMY environment, which currently includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5, and 6.

The successful candidate will:

1. Generate manpower status reports, manpower status, and labor hours through the ECMA Contractor Manpower Report.
2. Support trip report management, travel management, and meeting minutes.
3. Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts.
4. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trending future requirements, and operating forecasts.
5. Perform economic research and analyze financial statements.
6. Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management.
7. Monitor business performance by unit, division, or brand.
8. Manage financial analyses related to mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
9. Analyze financial performance, including comparing actual results against planned results.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or High School diploma with 10+ years of experience; candidates with Armed Forces courses, extensive certifications, and additional experience are encouraged to apply.
• DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Intermediate (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced) qualification (e.g., Security+ CA) within 6 months of start date.
• Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Fort Belvoir, VA.
• DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualification option at a basic level within 9 months of start date.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• ITILv4 Foundation certification.
• Project Management Institute (PMI)-ACP or comparable Agile certification.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $99,410 - $168,997
