Adams State University in Alamosa, CO is seeking a Budget Analyst to support budget preparation, monitor funding, and assist with departmental inquiries. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has extensive experience in budgeting within the higher education sector.

Position Summary: Supports the Budget Director in the preparation of the annual budget. Assists in the development of training for budget managers. Monitors budgets with regards to sufficient funds. Oversees all student and club budgets, aiding and training as needed. Assists the Budget Director with maintaining institution's budget in Workday system. Oversees adjunct budgets and contracts, and coordinates summer adjunct contract preparation. Prepares various required reports.
