Adams State University in Alamosa is seeking a dedicated coach to provide instruction and leadership to student-athletes in the intercollegiate program. The role involves evaluating performance, implementing training practices, and fostering an environment of sportsmanship and ethical behavior. The candidate will also be responsible for recruiting strategies and compliance with NCAA guidelines.
The successful applicant will help manage athletic operations and engage in fundraising activities while maintaining departmental and university standards.
This position will report to the Head Coach, having a primary responsibility of providing instruction, coaching expertise and leadership to the student athletes of the intercollegiate program; assisting the head coach in the effective management and administration of all aspects relating to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes; and performing other related duties as assigned. All coaches at Adams State University will demonstrate commitment to and exemplify the University and Athletic Department Mission.
Salary Range: $5,000-$15,000
