You will greet customers, answer questions, take orders, handle payments, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a bustling cafe environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Experience as a barista or in food/beverage preparation is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages according to recipes and guidelines.
• Cook and maintain quality of boba pearls and toppings.
• Measure, mix, and adjust ingredients for consistency and flavor.
• Innovate and suggest new drink ideas to enhance the menu.
• Greet customers and answer questions about menu items and options.
• Take orders, process transactions, and handle payments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns or special requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and stock replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Store and label ingredients properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
