Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience working in a high-volume kitchen and is passionate about quality, efficiency, and teamwork. You must be able to handle high pressure moments, execute dishes consistently, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
2. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency in a high-volume setting
3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all food safety guidelines
4. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
5. Assist with prep work, inventory management, and station setup/breakdown
6. Communicate calmly and respectfully with Front of House, and the rest of your team.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
2. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
4. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
5. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
