Job summary

CooperZadeh Holdings in Durant, OK, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Build-to-Rent community. You will handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, rent-ready homes.

The role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and EPA Type II or Universal preferred. Proficiency with Yardi CMMS and using mobile devices is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential, multifamily, or BTR maintenance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• EPA Certification – Type II or Universal (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within response and completion standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, septic systems, and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule to reduce emergency calls.
• Execute make-ready tasks and support turn timelines.
• Document all work orders accurately in Yardi CMMS.
• Conduct property inspections and identify repair scope needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow safety standards and communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
