Job summary

Camden Homes, LLC is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to manage service requests and maintain high-quality rental homes across East Texas. This role emphasizes preventative maintenance to enhance resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in residential maintenance, proficiency in HVAC and plumbing, and the ability to document work in Yardi CMMS. A Texas-Oklahoma driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential, multifamily, or BTR maintenance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, septic systems and appliance repair.
• Valid Texas-Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within company response and completion standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, septic systems, and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule to reduce emergency calls.
