United Care ABA in Colorado is hiring BTs and RBTs to support kids in home- and center-based settings. You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, timely pay, and a supportive team that mentors you under BCBA supervision.

We offer opportunities for professional development, clear communication, and career growth toward lead roles or BCBA certification as you gain experience and build essential skills.

Formación

• Active RBT certification- or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times
