United Care ABA in Colorado is hiring BTs and RBTs who want more than just a shift. We back you up with timely pay, BCBA supervision, open communication, and real opportunities to grow.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, while staying connected with your clinical supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
