United Care ABA is hiring BTs and RBTs in Colorado to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Our roles emphasize support, timely pay, and a collaborative team that values growth and transparency.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and pathways to lead roles or BCBA certification as you gain experience and build your career in pediatric behavior analysis.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow treatment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Collect accurate behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor for guidance.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
