Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado seeks RBTs and BTs to support children in ABA therapy. You will work closely with a BCBA supervisor to implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

This role emphasizes growth, flexibility, and a supportive team culture, with in-home visits now and center-based opportunities soon across Colorado.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
