Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic in Gallatin, TN is seeking a BT/RBT to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role involves direct instruction, data collection, and collaboration with families and the treatment team.

You will work in a supportive environment with BCBAs and RBTs, with paid training opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule option. This positions focuses on early learning goals and individualized communication development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.
• RBT credential from BACB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Autism Clinic.
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about progress.
• Track session data and help clients achieve communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.

Full-Time Schedule is Monday-Friday

Part-Time Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

WHAT WE PREFER

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Enthusiasm for working with children.
• Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
