Hope Autism Clinic in Cordova, Tennessee, is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The role involves delivering ABA-based therapy to children ages 2–8, under supervision, and supporting individualized goals in a caring environment.
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with morning and afternoon shifts. A supportive leadership team, collaborative professionals, and the chance to help kids progress in communication and learning are key highlights.
Hourly Rate: $16-$18
Consistent scheduling & daytime hours.

Serving children, ages 2 – 8, The Autism Clinic offers applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Each child’s treatment plan and treatment goals are individualized to meet their unique needs and all professionals collaborate together for optimal client outcomes.
