Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic in Nashville, TN, is hiring a BT/RBT Behavior Technician to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA principles. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with hourly pay ranging from $16 to $18 based on experience.

You will work closely with the treatment team to track data, communicate progress to families, and assist in group activities, fostering professional growth and meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Autism Clinic to teach children with ASD using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child’s progress.
• Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

• Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
