Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA operates to make high-quality care accessible to Medicaid families across New York City. You will build trust, show up consistently, and help children grow with hands-on ABA therapy in home and clinic settings.

BTs/RBTs are central to the work, with paid training and certification support, and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules available across NYC with clients from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• A passion for helping children and families.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

$20 - $24 an hour
