Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Social Work is seeking a BSW Student Services Manager to coordinate undergraduate services within the BSW program, including admissions, recruitment, degree progress, and student data management.

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education, you will develop and maintain data systems, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support program planning, accreditation, and student success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating student services in higher education, including admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student support, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate complex processes.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate student records and translate findings into actionable information.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate for student services within the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Program.
• Support admissions administration and student data management, coordinating recruitment and admissions activities.
• Develop and maintain student data systems, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze data across the student lifecycle to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide actionable information to BSW leadership to support planning, assessment, accreditation, and decision-making.
