Job summary

A leading defense contractor is seeking a BMD Tactical Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide training and support at TTGP in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in shipboard BMD training and must have attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer certification. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises.
• Candidate must have attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer certification.
• Candidate must possess or be able to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in San Diego, CA during BMD events.
• Work on-site at TTGP during BMD events, providing mentorship support.
• Serve as a classroom instructor for BMD courses.
