Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks a BSPS Recruitment and Engagement Specialist to implement recruitment strategies and programs for the BSPS program. You will work with the Assistant Director for Admissions to attract first-year and transfer students and coordinate events and partnerships with regional campuses.

You will develop marketing materials, manage email inboxes, and assist with travel and event logistics, delivering presentations and interviews while collaborating across teams to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in college advising and/or admissions, with ability to work with diverse communities.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and public speaking.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to solve problems, work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone appointments / interviews to provide information on admissions.
• Execute recruitment strategy for the BSPS program.
• Provide excellent customer service to students through application, enrollment, and initial term start.
• Support applicants through the admissions cycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional campuses and community colleges.
