Job summary

Kearney & Company seeks a BSO PPBE Functional Lead to join our team supporting a major DoD Navy financial management transformation. Lead cross-functional sessions, document and validate budget processes, and ensure enterprise alignment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, 7+ years federal financial management/PPBE experience, and an active Secret clearance. Onsite 2–3 days weekly in Alexandria, VA and DC; Navy PPBE/OneStream experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of federal financial management, budget, or PPBE experience.
• Demonstrated requirements and business-process analysis experience.
• Strong client facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work across financial and technical teams.
• Onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) required; U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Kearney & Company is currently seeking a BSO PPBE Functional Lead to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To

• Serve as the primary functional interface with an assigned BSO

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
