Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current unencumbered RN license or eligibility to practice in Oklahoma.
• Minimum of three years of nursing education, clinical practice, or student support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing curriculum and NCLEX preparation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working with student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group-based student success coaching.
• Support NCLEX readiness and timely graduation.
• Collaborate with course faculty, student services, and accessibility support services.
• Deliver coaching on learning skills, test-taking strategies, time management, and study skills.
• Engage in program and quality improvement initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
