Chamberlain College of Nursing is seeking Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty to teach within our BSN program in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves mentoring students in inpatient clinical settings and bridging classroom learning with real-world patient care.

Responsibilities include planning clinical experiences, supervising nursing students, providing feedback, and coordinating with the course team. A MSN is required, and an Illinois license may be needed for some courses.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered RN license in Oklahoma.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses (prioritized for Illinois-licensed professors).
• Active BLS certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross/Military Training Network).
• At least two years of professional instructional experience as an RN within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching and service.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
• Evaluates student performance and provides documented feedback on course objectives.
• Develops and posts written clinical assignments aligned with learners' knowledge and skills.
• Works with administration and faculty to improve program operations and student satisfaction.
• May teach didactic content under supervision of the course coordinator.
