Job summary

OU Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing in Oklahoma City, Lawton, and Tulsa seeks a Faculty Tutor/Student Success Coach for the BSN program. This role provides individualized and group-based student success services to promote academic achievement, NCLEX readiness, and timely graduation.

The coach collaborates with course faculty, student services, and accessibility support to deliver evidence-informed coaching that strengthens learning skills, test-taking performance, and overall student

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current unencumbered RN license or eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma.
• Minimum of three years of nursing education, clinical practice, or student support experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing curriculum, NCLEX preparation, and student success strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working with student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group-based student success services to promote academic achievement and NCLEX readiness.
• Collaborate with course faculty, student services, and accessibility support services to support learners.
• Deliver evidence-informed coaching and tutoring strategies to enhance learning skills and test-taking performance.
• Support navigation of student support resources and strategies for timely graduation.
