Florida National University, Inc. seeks an NCLEX Coach/Success Navigator to mentor nursing students preparing for NCLEX-RN. The role blends instruction, motivation, and career guidance to maximize success and readiness for professional nursing practice.

You will conduct 1:1 coaching, run NCLEX prep workshops, monitor pass rates, and support students through remediation plans and exam registration across multiple campuses in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required; doctoral degree is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience across specialties.
• Minimum of two years’ NCLEX success coaching experience.
• Experience in nursing education, academic support, or student coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide NCLEX coaching and student advocacy for nursing candidates.
• Deliver quality instruction and individualized remediation plans.
• Track NCLEX pass rates and student progress; coordinate with faculty.
• Assist students with BON registrations and official exam logistics.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in program development.
