Job summary
Stanbridge University in Irvine is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Director for the BSN program to support operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes. Reporting to the Program Director, the role focuses on academic quality, regulatory compliance, and a strong student learning environment through data-informed decisions and proactive problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced nursing/education administration background, California RN
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
- California RN license (BRN) active and unencumbered.
- Minimum 3 years leadership in nursing education.
- Minimum 3 years as full-time faculty in a nursing program.
- Experience teaching online or hybrid learning environments.
- Experience providing data-informed program improvement.
Responsibilities
- Help lead daily operations of the BSN program and oversee clinical education.
- Align program with accreditation standards and institutional priorities.
- Monitor student outcomes and NCLEX performance.
- Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development and evaluation.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with BRN and institutional standards.
- Prepare reports for accreditation and maintain compliance.
