Job summary

South College Knoxville is seeking a BSN Program Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the BSN program, ensuring organized administration, ongoing review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and overall effectiveness. The role is on-site in Knoxville, TN, reporting to the Associate Dean of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• MSN degree or higher required.
• RN license to practice in Tennessee or eNLC states.
• Experience teaching at the post-secondary level.
• Preferred: proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design and program planning.

Responsibilities

• Teach in assigned area.
• Work with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction, plans, implements.
• Carry out faculty training and development.
