Unitek Learning seeks a BSN Nursing Instructor to join our Kaweah Health partnership in Visalia, CA. The role involves delivering clinical education for nursing students in labs and clinical rotations, with hours varying by rotation and skills lab.

OB specialty experience is required, and the instructor will support curriculum and student assessments. The position pays $55–$70 per hour, DOE, and includes full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• CA BRN license required or eligible for approval as Instructor in Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, or Geriatrics.
• Master’s degree in nursing or education with subject preparation.
• Minimum four years’ RN experience with recent clinical practice within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical site education in labs and clinical rotations according to Unitek College curricula.
• Plan, supervise and evaluate student clinical experiences across assigned sites.
• Provide timely feedback on clinical performance after observations and maintain accurate attendance and records.
• Ensure clinical assignments meet student and facility needs; observe, instruct, and evaluate students effectively.
• Participate in program reporting, maintain current safety regulations, and engage in faculty meetings.
