Job summary

BayCare in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a Clinical Nurse II (RN) to provide direct patient care for a group of patients, following nursing processes and clinical standards. The role includes delegation to the health care team and maintaining professional accountability while pursuing professional development.

The position emphasizes evidence-based clinical care and excellence in nursing practice within BayCare’s network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed RN.
• Completion of all Clinical Nurse requirements.
• Active RN license and CPR/BLS certifications.

Requirements:

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)


• RN (Registered Nurse)


• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department


• Preferred Nurse Specialty

Education:

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing


• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

Experience:

• Required experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse requirements.
