Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a BSL III Maintenance Technician to support a 24/7 GMP environment in Swiftwater, PA. This role focuses on maintaining class A equipment and performing preventive, corrective, and calibration-related tasks to ensure compliant operations.

The technician will read schematics, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and coordinate with maintenance managers and cross-functional teams. Overtime and shift flexibility are required to support production cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to maintain site-wide equipment.
• Work on intricate, site-specific equipment and systems.
• Work up to 25% overtime with short notice and variable shifts.
• Interface with customers to ensure reliable, safe operation and uptime.
• Perform timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Adhere to HSE standards (permits, PTW, LOTO) and ensure accurate work orders.
