Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to supervise and lead multi-trade teams within a high containment setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and structural maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and maintenance support in high containment BSL facilities and laboratories.
• Direct and oversee preventive, reactive, and corrective repair work on buildings and systems.
• Lead maintenance team for AHRC and other BSL 3 campus laboratories; coordinate with CVM and Facilities Management on issues.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency response and on-call rotations; occasional nights/weekends as needed.
