Job summary

Hustler Casino is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee procedures related to Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and ensure adherence to Title 31 compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong organization skills, and at least 2 years of experience in the casino industry. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Currency Transaction Reports are entered into Casino Management.
• Maintain a log of all BSA e‑file submissions.
• Monitor all electronic communication from FinCEN.
• Review daily security logs for suspicious activity.
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) form.
