Job summary

Pechanga Resort and Casino is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to enforce Title 31 and Bank Secrecy Act requirements. The role involves maintaining regulatory procedures, conducting compliance audits, and generating required forms such as CTRC and W-2G.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of Title 31 experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, hospitality environment. Familiarity with AS400, Bally, and PolicyIQ is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum experience of working knowledge of Title 31 regulations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adaptable to change.
• Organized and efficient with time and resources.
• Gaming and hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply working knowledge of regulatory requirements and federal regulations daily.
• Prepare and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and regulators.
• Generate CTRC forms and review W2-G and 1099-related documents.
• Comply with Pechanga Gaming Commission Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and operating procedures.
• Support department management and maintain accurate and timely records.
