Aufgaben

• Performs daily review and analysis of reports, referrals, and escalations to detect suspicious activity.
• Conducts research using public and private sources and makes informed decisions based on findings.
• Requests information from third parties and 314(b) participating institutions as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality when compiling investigative information and interacting with resources.
• Recommends actions such as account closure or SAR/CTR filing when warranted and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Creates case files, writes summaries, and files SARs and CTRs within required timeframes.
• Evaluates new trends and threats and escalates to management as appropriate.
• Assists with regulatory form reviews to ensure accuracy before filing with agencies.
• Performs enhanced due diligence reviews on high-risk accounts and maintains related CDD and risk ratings.
• Responds to 314(b) information requests and serves as escalation point for Investigations team.
• Trains and mentors new team members and collaborates across business lines.
