Job summary

Shore United Bank seeks a full-time BSA Analyst II to support the BSA Officer in researching and reporting activity believed to be suspicious, including potential structuring, money laundering, or terrorist financing, to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act.

The role involves monitoring alerts, reviewing CTRs and SAR referrals, maintaining up-to-date BSA/AML policies, and documenting findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' banking/BSA/AML experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate potentially suspicious activity daily.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA regulatory mandates.
• Document findings concisely and accurately.
• Review CTRs and SAR referrals as needed.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date BSA/AML policies.
