Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent; preferred in related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of banking experience with BSA/AML exposure.
• Experience with BSA/AML regulations and related acts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily BSA/AML activities and regulatory compliance.
• Review alerts and investigate suspicious activity.
• Prepare SARs and related reports as needed.
• Maintain documentation for investigations and CTRs.
• Assist in high‑risk account reviews and ATM/correspondent reviews.
• Support training and stay current on laws and policies.
