Job summary

Bank of China USA is seeking a compliance professional to support Front Line Unit (FLU) BSA and Compliance Oversight. The role includes preparing meeting materials, drafting minutes, and assisting with regulatory change management across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 0–3 years of BSA/AML experience, with strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills. Chinese language proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting/Actuarial Science, Economics, Law, or related quantitative discipline.
• 0–3 years of Legal & Compliance experience for Associate level.
• 0–3 years of experience in BSA/AML/CFT laws and OFAC/sanctions compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to summarize large data into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fast learner and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support FLU BSA and Compliance Oversight day-to-day activities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting materials and minutes.
• Assist with regulatory change management newsletters and presentations.
• Maintain regulatory trackers and respond to audits and inquiries.
• Contribute to regulatory updates on ESG reporting.
