Job summary

Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a BSA/AML Compliance Associate to assist in managing compliance related to government regulations. This role focuses on implementing processes to ensure adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of BSA/AML compliance experience. Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are required. The position includes a competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent fields preferred.
• 1 year BSA/AML/OFAC compliance experience for Associate level; 4 years required for AVP level.
• BSA training and/or certificate needed.

Responsibilities

• Focus on BSA/AML/OFAC compliance and monitor related activities.
• Review new account openings for compliance risks.
• Assist BSA Officer in regulatory compliance projects.
