Job summary

Mab Community Services Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Residential Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities in their journey toward personal growth and community involvement.

You’ll work closely with the Residential Coordinator to ensure smooth program operations and lead staff in their absence. This role emphasizes supervision, program management, advocacy, and community engagement, with a schedule Tue-Sat and a pay rate of $22.50–$23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership, ensuring safety and a positive environment.
• Oversee household operations, staff scheduling, and transportation coordination.
• Support ISPs and advocate for participants’ goals with families and providers.
• Engage the community and create opportunities for participant involvement.
