Responsibilities

• Perform BSA/AML, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act functions per regulations and internal policies.
• Independently perform and oversee complex transaction monitoring and SAR/CTR filings.
• Review OFAC alerts, analyze potential matches, and clear false positives.
• Complete FinCEN 314(a) reviews and support lawful law enforcement requests.
