Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; bilingual helpful.
• Three years of banking or related field experience; one year of training/education.
• Minimum 2 years at Alliance Bank preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with tact, diplomacy, and urgency.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented; ability to organize, schedule, and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in business correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Operate basic office equipment and bank software.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and Alliance policies.
• Knowledge of Alliance Bank products and services.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Office setting with desk-oriented activity; can include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell and cross-sell bank services.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service.
• Assist BSA Officer with Bank Secrecy Act tasks.
• File Currency Transaction Reports timely and accurately as required by BSA Regulation.
• Review documentation for policy and BSA compliance; identify missing items.
• Review CIF information to correct omissions per BSA regulations.
• Verify OFAC sanctions list updates on core system and perform cross-checks.
• Ensure FinCEN 314(a) list is uploaded and run bi-weekly against records.
• Respond to questions from bank employees on BSA matters.
• Handle daily mail delivery and building supplies orders.
• Attend periodic training seminars and peer meetings.
• Stay updated on Alliance Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
