Job summary

PEAC Solutions is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Mt. Laurel, NJ. You will oversee daily BSA/AML and sanctions components, coordinate regulatory filings, and support audits while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Operations, and external partners.

You will administer the training program, maintain records, and prepare materials for the Compliance Committee. The role requires independent work, strong judgment, and prioritization in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience, required.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, BSA/AML, financial crimes, regulatory compliance, audit, fraud detection, banking, commercial lending, equipment finance, or related financial services environment.
• Must obtain Company-approved BSA/AML certification within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer BSA/AML and sanctions compliance programs and related processes, with oversight.
• Review suspicious activity and collaborate with Fraud and internal stakeholders on investigations and reporting.
• Serve as primary compliance contact for bank partners on BSA/AML, sanctions, testing and monitoring.
• Manage audits, testing, and examinations with remediation tracking and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments, and controls and report changes for review.
