ARQ is seeking a risk and compliance professional to audit and validate BSA/AML, FinCrime and regulatory controls across its processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

In this role, you will independently test controls, document gaps with clear evidence, and push back on weak logic with data-driven insights. You will play a key part in regulator readiness and audits, helping the business stay compliant and transparent.

Formación

• 4+ years in BSA/AML, FinCrime, internal audit or regulatory compliance.
• Experience at top-tier audit/advisory firm, in-house compliance, or both.
• You have written findings that a regulator, auditor or board actually read.
• You can say "this is high risk" with regulation proof.
• Deep working knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and FinCEN expectations.
• JD or bar admission is a plus; STEM degree helps with analytics.
• SQL, Python or R skills for data analysis are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Test BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC and transaction monitoring controls end to end.
• Rate findings (high/medium/low) with regulator-proof evidence.
• Pull and analyze data independently without waiting for reports.
• Challenge thresholds and alert logic with numbers.
• Track issues to closure and escalate when needed.
• Prepare for regulator exams and audits and identify weak spots in advance.
