Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in banking, financial management and BSA/AML.
• Knowledge of federal and state BSA/AML laws, USA Patriot Act and OFAC.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CAMS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high risk customer reviews including cash secured loan reviews for all cash secured loans.
• Conduct MSB reviews semiannually for all MSB customers and CTR exemption research.
• Investigate and report suspicious activity; coordinate with BSA/Fraud Manager and regulators as needed.
• Improve processes and use automated systems to increase department efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct in all interactions.
