Job summary

Polish National Credit Union seeks an experienced BSA Officer to oversee the Credit Union’s BSA/AML program, including CIP, CTRs, SARs, and OFAC compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence and risk management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in BSA/AML within a financial institution, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to train staff and coordinate with management and auditors.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and related regulations.
• Experience in monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to communicate compliance concerns to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BSA/AML compliance program and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Maintain and update BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC policies and procedures.
• Oversee SARs, CTRs, and customer due diligence.
• Coordinate BSA/AML training for staff and board.
• Serve as primary contact for examinations and audits.
• Monitor changes in BSA/AML guidance and implement updates.
