Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Analyst–level roles require 3+ years in bank compliance or related fields.
• Experience with BSA/AML/OFAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• BSA Compliance Program: develop and maintain policies and procedures.
• CIP/CDD/EDD: facilitate CIP testing and EDD reviews.
• Regulatory filings: assist with SAR, CTR, and other filings.
• BSA Knowledge: stay current with BSA regulations and respond to inquiries.
• Lead and Senior Analyst duties: coaching and guiding team; assist BSA Officer as needed.
• Audits and Examinations support and corrective actions.
