Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Bank compliance, audit, examination, and/or legal experience required for Analyst I.
• 4+ years of Bank compliance, audit, examination, and/or legal experience required for Analyst II.
• 5+ years of Bank compliance, audit, examination, and/or legal experience required for Senior Analyst.
• 6+ years of Bank compliance, audit, examination, and/or legal experience required for Lead Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain department-level and bank-level BSA policies and procedures; suggest changes to improve program effectiveness.
• Conduct or facilitate BSA training for employees and maintain content.
• Maintain records and documentation of the Bank’s BSA compliance program.
• Facilitate the Bank’s CIP monitoring and testing, and EDD reviews; support customer risk rating processes.
• File SARs, CTRs, and other regulatory filings; support examinations and audits.
• Provide BSA support and guidance to branches and departments; lead a team of BSA staff.
• Assist with audits and examinations and address any corrective actions.
